Refund & Cancellation Policy

Blazto is a software-as-a-service product billed on a recurring monthly subscription. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If Blazto is not a fit, you can request a full refund of your first paid invoice within 7 days of payment. Email billing@blazto.com from the address associated with your account.

2. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end. Partial billing periods are not pro-rated except where required by law.

3. Service-impacting incidents

If a confirmed Blazto outage materially prevents you from using the Service for a sustained period, contact us — we will work with you on service credits or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Not refundable

  • Usage older than 7 days where the Service was operational;
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Fees charged by a Connected Platform or third-party provider;
  • Outages or failures caused by a Connected Platform changing or restricting its API.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every billing question within one business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@blazto.com from the address tied to your account with your invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
